i got to sleep in and then wake up to these two cuties guarding the presents
very closely...
... they helped make my favorite breakfast (as favorite as breakfast food can get! just
not a fan!) ... scrambled eggs with avocado and tomato.
... and when two four years olds plan your birthday - day, it starts with the new winnie
the pooh movie ;) good times!
we headed home after that for a little family celebration and more favorite foods!
super yummy crab cakes, tomato mozzarella salad, chocolate dipped frozen bananas,
crepes and more!
... after dinner, my mom planned a little surprise - WATER BALLOONS!
when i walked out to the deck, this was waiting for me......
... and the traditional cake photos. you'll notice (2) things about this photo:
a) notice i'm soaking wet from head to toe! compliments of my dad who got me
with a water balloon smack in the middle of my chest ;)
and b) the numbers on the cake! little miss macey may or may not still believe that
i'm 21. and when a four year old who can do her math adds one to 21, she gets 22!
she's convinced. what can i say? =)
